This movie is a fun modern spin on Shakesphere’s “The Taming of the Shrew.” High-schooler Cameron can not date the girl of his dreams, Bianca, unless her antisocial older sister, Kat, dates. So he pays the mysterious Patrick Verona to take Kat out. This 1999 romantic comedy featuring Julia Stiles, Heath Ledger, and Joseph Gordan-Levitt is a classic Valentine’s Day movie that can be watched on Disney Plus or Prime Video.

This 2003 romantic comedy starring Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaghey is another classic Valentine’s Day movie. Andie Anderson is an advice columnist who needs inspiration to write a piece about how to get a man to leave you in 10 days. Along the way, she ends up falling for her teammate Duke, who’s in love with another girl, Olivia, who’s in love with “Sebastian.” This movie will leave you laughing out loud at many scenes.
