GOOD NEWS! Zachary Battle, a resident from Washington D.C., spotted a burning building going up in flames and smoke, he didn’t hesitate to pull over and do his due diligence. When he approached, he realized the building was a senior apartment complex. As he ran all the way up to the third floor, he found a man and his wife, who was bedridden and stuck. As Battle and the man worked together, they got the man’s wife safely out of harm’s way until the fire department showed up, saving the woman’s life. After all of the residents had been evacuated to a secondary location, the man expressed his deep gratitude to Battle for his heroic decision and great selflessness.
