The Coast to Coast Conference is getting a new look as Alverno College is joining the conference. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Alverno College will compete in women’s cross country, women’s soccer, women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, women’s tennis, and softball. The school will officially join the conference on July 1st, 2026, joining the current 7 other colleges in the conference. The president of Alverno College, Christy L. Brown, was very optimistic about the future of the school and their athletics: “This move reflects the Alverno spirit — bold, determined, and ready to rise to new challenges while building lasting connections with other respected institutions. I am proud of our student-athletes and grateful to our athletics leadership for charting this next chapter in our journey”. The future for both Alverno and the Coast to Coast Conference looks promising as 2026 approaches; the new-look conference will bring more challenges and goals.
