  •   Worst advice you ever received: I think I only really followed bad advice once and I probably learned more from the negative impacts of following that advice than most of the best advice I have received throughout my life.  


  •   Definition of success: In a life dedicated to the development of others, success is defined by the accomplishments of those you have had the privilege to help along the way. As a Captain, I will always look to my wake to see the success of those I have had the privilege of serving and interacting with .. did I raise them up and help them to be the best version of themselves? That’s how I strive to define success.
