With markets on the rise, many brands are coming out with new and innovative products that can solve every problem you may have with your hair, skin, nails, etc. Sometimes, these products can be very overhyped or just not work the way you want them to. Over winter break, I decided to purchase some popular products and test them out over the course of a month. I absolutely hate gatekeeping, so here is a list of products that actually work and you should definitely consider purchasing.
Good Molecules Daily Brightening Serum
Struggling with dry and dull skin? Try Good Molecules’ Daily Brightening Serum, which is packed with Beta Arbutin which gently brightens and targets dullness for visibly clear and even skin. Can you tell I am obsessed with Good Molecules products? Another product I absolutely love from them is their Under Eye Patches. These caffeine-infused hydrogel eye patches work to brighten, hydrate and reduce puffiness around the eyes. As a busy college student who barely gets any sleep, I can wholeheartedly tell you that these under eye patches work wonders and will look like you got eight hours worth of sleep. This is one of my favorite heat protectants I have ever tried. This hair product from Color WOW is amazing if you have colored hair or blow dry your hair frequently. Just spray this product in your hair and brush it through with a brush. Then blow dry your hair. Afterwards, your hair is left very shiny and healthy. This product is very easy to use and only costs you 12 dollars. Overall, this product has helped my hair with heat damage and made my hair very soft.
Hero Cosmetics Pimple Patches
Struggling with a very annoying breakout? Maybe that one pimple just keeps coming back and won’t go away. These Pimple Patches from Hero Cosmetics perform miracles and clear up your pimple very quickly. I’ve been using these pimple patches for two years now and haven’t switched to another brand since. These patches work well, they are affordable and very easy to use. My advice is to put these on overnight while you sleep so that your pimples can be clear during the daytime when you are out and about.
