GOOD NEWS! India’s largest wildlife rescue organization has implemented a new acupuncture method to help elephants with mobility issues after years of working hard or being kept in captivity! This organization was founded 30 years ago and currently runs 12 successful rescues all across India, helping animals who have needed extensive care.
“Once our team gained expertise in acupuncture principles, we began applying it at our Elephant Hospital Campus, yielding remarkable improvements in several elephants,” a team member stated. She went on to say that the procedures have been effective in alleviating chronic pain, improving digestive health and reducing inflammation in the elephants!
