Leadership team elections took place last night at the Student Government Delegation meeting. Leadership team is elected by the delegation and works with the Executive Board in programming student events and initiatives.

Nolan Reynolds ‘26 was elected as student affairs chair. Samantha Schute ‘27 was elected academic affairs chair. Clara Prillaman ‘27 was elected as legislative affairs chair. Lizzie Childress ‘27 was elected as community outreach chair.

Additionally allocation week for Anchor organizations is happening this weekend. Students will be presenting budgets to the allocation committee and the committee will deliberate funding. Each spring the Anchor organizations put together presentations for SGA’s appropriation committee. After all the presentations, the committee works together to adequately distribute funds for the new academic year.

Finally, presidential elect Mckenzie Hurley and fellow executive board elected members will be inducted into their respective roles on April 5th. This event is similar to a presidential inauguration. There will be words from the outgoing president, Katelin Bennett, and from Hurley as the incoming president.
